Hugo M. Toro, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internist with over 30 years of experience in primary care and internal medicine, serving adolescents and adults at his practices in Katy and Sealy, Texas.

Dr. Toro earned his medical degree from La Universidad del Quindío in Armenia, Colombia (1989) and completed his internal medicine residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. He has been in private practice since 1997, with a clinical background that includes research in diabetes and cholesterol management.

A Fellow of the American College of Physicians and member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Toro is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care. He and his entire team proudly serve the community in both English and Spanish.
