Dr. Toro is a kind doctor who stays up on his medical research. He knows his stuff and has a great staff. My parents also see Toro and he has been so great helping me take care of my elderly parents. One more important thing is they always work with you to try and work you in if you are sick. He really has a nice practice that I recommend!
