Dr Hugo Toro is the most friendly and kind Dr I have ever have. I was 280 lbs and he encouraged me to lose “some” weight which I did. I lost 125 lbs and now I feel like a new person. He took me out my blood pressure medication and my A1C when down from 6.4 to 5.1. If you are looking for a friendly Dr that cares about his patients, then book an appointment with Dr. Hugo Toro.
